Slovaks successful again in NATO’s multimillion- tender

The company Aliter Technologies has been successful over the multinational competition and has won a tender to deliver state-of-the-art information and communication technologies for NATO.

The company Aliter Technologies has been successful over the multinational competition and has won a tender to deliver state-of-the-art information and communication technologies for the Communications Gateway Shelters system, for the NATO Communications and Information Agency. The contract, worth 5.5 million euros without VAT, is the largest ever technology delivery from a Slovak company for NATO needs. The Communications Gateway Shelters is a system implemented to support NATO’s strategic and control tasks, and to deploy operations in support of NATO’s multinational joint operational clusters. “It is an honour for our company to contribute to ensuring the collective defense of NATO member states including Slovakia” stated Peter Dostál, CEO of Aliter Technologies. Director General of Directorate General for Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic Dušan Matulay said in an interview: “We are delighted by the success of Aliter Technologies and hope that their positive example will encourage other quality Slovak companies.

 

Aliter Technologies is a technology company engaged in solutions to support military and non-military crisis management, ICT infrastructure and security. It already has more than 20 contracts with NATO, and is also a supplier to large multinational companies in the defense and security industry.
