The new name better represents majority of the business activities conducted by the corporation. The consulting is still in the business scope and represents an important part. The new business type, a joint-stock company, is better suited for raising new capital for further development and growth. Because of the number of certificates and permissions the company has been awarded with, the whole process is quite complex and shall be completed in the following weeks.
