Delivery Specialist Junior

 We are launching a major international project and are looking for a talented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. From day one, you will be involved in real project work and gain hands-on experience in project delivery. The successful candidate will become part of a team delivering IT solutions to clients across Europe, developing project management skills through practical experience under the guidance of experienced senior colleagues.

What will be your role?

  • Support the coordination and implementation of key workstreams within a large international project under the guidance of a senior colleague.

  • Communicate with international delivery teams, internal stakeholders, and, to a limited extent, directly with the customer.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, task lists, and status reports for an international project.

  • Monitor project progress using modern project planning tools and contribute to the smooth execution of activities across multiple teams.

  • Assist in identifying and assessing project risks in a complex, large-scale project environment.

  • Prepare materials for regular project status reports and milestone reviews shared with international project partners.

  • Gradually gain experience in budget management and resource planning by shadowing experienced colleagues on a live international project.

What should you meet?

The position is suitable for applicants with education:

  • University student

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Master's degree

Field of study:

  • Economics

  • Information Technology

  • Project Management

Language skills:

  • English – Upper Intermediate (B2)

Technical skills:

  • Microsoft Project – Intermediate

  • Microsoft Office 365 – Advanced

Driving licence:

  • Category B

Experience:

  • Previous experience in Project Management or Delivery Management, preferably within infrastructure and/or software IT projects, is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

  • The position is also suitable for recent graduates.

  • Has an interest in IT technologies and/or the defence and security sector.

  • Demonstrates a responsible approach when handling sensitive information and pays close attention to detail.

  • Is customer-oriented.

  • Is a team player who is not afraid to ask questions and welcomes constructive feedback.

  • Has a basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation), or is willing to obtain such certification (an advantage, not a requirement).

  • Is willing to undergo a security clearance process due to the nature of our projects.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Starting from EUR 1,500 gross per month.

The stated salary represents the minimum offered for this position. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
