Head of Software Analysis

We are looking for an experienced Head of Software Analysis to lead and develop our team of software analysts while ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytical solutions across multiple projects.

What will be your task?

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software analysts.

  • Plan team capacity and allocate team members to projects.

  • Define and continuously improve analysis methodologies, standards, and best practices.

  • Ensure the quality of analytical deliverables.

  • Coordinate analytical activities across multiple projects.

  • Handle escalations and support the team with complex analytical tasks.

  • Foster effective communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

  • Contribute to proposal preparation, effort estimation, and solution design.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and adopt modern tools and technologies.

What should you meet?

The position is suitable for applicants with education:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Master's degree

  • PhD

Field of study:

  • Information Technology

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years

Personal prerequisites and skills

  • Experience leading a team or strong natural leadership skills.

  • Proven experience in IT analysis or software development.

  • Excellent analytical and systematic thinking.

  • Good understanding of information systems architecture and integration solutions.

  • Experience with UML, BPMN, or similar modeling tools.

  • Knowledge of integration technologies and APIs.

  • Experience designing enterprise-level solutions.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong decision-making abilities.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Starting from EUR 4,000 gross per month.

The stated salary represents the minimum offered. The final salary package will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
