CLOUDY: Driving innovation in the cloud
The 3rd edition of the cloud conference organized by Aliter Technologies took place on October 26.
Mr. Miroslav Kalinovský from Hewlett Packard Enterprise presented the topic “HPE hybrid cloud innovation” and Mr. Roman Russev from Microsoft talked about what changes in the underlying infrastructure are necessary for safe AI deployment at the end of the session.
After a short break, the second part of the CLOUDY conference was kicked off by Rudolf Klein from Aliter Technologies on the topic “Cloud technologies and IoT: Our path to success”. He was then replaced at the lectern by Denisa Corut from Amazon Web Services with the topic “AWS Machine Learning for Digital Transformation in the Public Sector”.
The participants were further introduced to “Practical Deployment of SIEM in Hybrid Infrastructure” by our colleague Filip Mikuš. Patrik Plachý from Red Hat concluded the session by presenting “DevSecOps as a Service”.
In the last session, Mr. Tomáš Michaeli from VMware presented the topic “Modern infrastructure for Kubernetes and AI/ML over VMware Cloud Foundation”.
How not to get lost in the clouds… Miroslav Šimko from ALEF gave advice, “Security of running web services” was presented by Jakub Šumpich from F5 and the whole conference was closed by the Canadian speaker David Colebatch from Tidal with the topic “Maximizing the ROI of your migration to the cloud”.
