  • CSR
  • Conferences
We supported HACKFEST 2026, an international competition that brings together young talent, modern technologies, and inspiring lectures. The event provided students and enthusiasts with an opportunity to develop their skills in areas such as drone technologies, artificial intelligence, network communications, and cybersecurity.

International Competition Focused on Technology, Drones, and Cybersecurity

Our colleague Ľubomír Sládek, UAV Team Lead, delivered an expert lecture titled “DRONES 2026 - From Hardware to Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence,” presenting drones to students as complex technological systems.

Topics Covered in the Drone Technology Lecture

The lecture addressed key areas of development and application of unmanned systems:

  • Drone hardware - construction, aerodynamics, electronics, and power sources

  • Network communications - radio, satellite, metallic, and optical networks

  • Artificial intelligence onboard drones

  • Drone cybersecurity - from GPS jamming to communication encryption

  • Programming and a software-defined approach

  • EU legislation and practical drone applications

  • Technology showcase, including a demonstration of a mobile drone control center

We demonstrated how hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity are interconnected in real-world applications.

Supporting events like Hackfest allows us to contribute to the development of the technology community and inspire the next generation of professionals.
