CLOUDY: How to leverage hybrid cloud 2022 finished successfully

In the first part of the morning program colleagues from Aliter Technologies – Monika Filingrová and Ivan Šodor – hybridly presented topic “Transform your business into a hybrid cloud.”Subsequently, Mr. Miroslav Kalinovský from Hewlett Packard Enterprise presented to the participant a topic “Hybrid cloud from HPE GreenLake.”. Later Mr. Tomáš Michaeli presented the topic “How to ensure data sovereignty and the use of VMware for the recovery of applications and data after a ransomware attack.” from VMware.The second block of presentations was started by Juraj Gvoth from Google Cloud on the topic “Hybrid-Cloud and its forms.” After him, Jan Zelený from Amazon Web Services (AWS) joined the conference online, who explained to the participants “How to effectively implement a hybrid cloud solution.”. The last speaker in the block was Roman Russev from Microsoft speaking on “Security concepts for cloud and hybrid environments.”

The afternoon block was again opened by our colleagues Tomas Bartek and Michal Kupči. Participants were introduced to how to utilize the potential of Cybersec solutions in the cloud for their systems. After them, Mr. Jakub Veverka from Red Hat took over the baton with the topic “Containerization platform security in a hybrid cloud environment.”

Our colleague Filip Štiglic then presented his topic: “From monolith to microservices in the cloud – what does it mean for us?”. After him, Martin Nemeček from IBM took the stage with the topic “Modernization of applications in the cloud environment with IBM Cloud Paks, Red Hat Openshift and Power systems” and finally the conference was closed by the Canadian speaker, Mr. Jason Hurlbut from Tidal Migrations with the topic “All mass-migrations involve a period of Hybrid cloud. Your operating model needs to evolve during this time.”
