Key points included:

✔️ An isolated technology purchase without integration into processes will not withstand a real incident.

✔️ The decision to build an internal team versus partnering with a provider must be strategic, not reactive.

✔️ An SLA is not a formality - especially for SOC-type services, it determines whether the model truly works in a crisis.

Security is not a product. It is a long-term partnership and a system that must perform when it matters most.
