Speech by the Chairman of the Board for the Upcoming Year 2026

Dear Partners, Valued Customers, Colleagues, Friends, and Supporters of Aliter Technologies,

as we reach the end of 2025, it is natural to look back while also planning ahead. This year once again confirmed that the world of defense, security, and critical infrastructure is built on innovation, trusted communication, and data protection. At Aliter Technologies, we therefore view our work as a service - a service to people who must make fast and accurate decisions in high-risk environments.

We are a Slovak - Canadian company focused on information and communication technologies. We help organizations and public institutions around the world communicate effectively and securely, collect, process, and share information. We deliver our own solutions in the field of tactical communication, build information infrastructure, and provide security both on site and in the cloud.

Throughout the year, we have worked together with you on projects that integrate hardware, software, and services into a single secure ecosystem. From architecture design through implementation to operations, we ensure that systems are available, monitored, and incident-ready. In this way, we protect the continuity of your critical processes in any environment.

Our story is built on innovation. We began with consulting and projects for the defense sector, and gradually expanded our portfolio to include the development of proprietary devices and software, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, data centers, and unmanned systems. Today, we are a team of more than 250 experts, trusted by over 200 clients - from public administration and major multinational technology companies to international organizations.

We build trust on measurable standards: ISO/IEC 27001 for information security, ISO/IEC 20000-1 for IT service management, and ISO 37001 for integrity and anti-corruption processes. We consider transparency and responsible business practices to be just as important as technology itself.

In 2025, we strengthened our presence in North America through an investment in one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies, 3C Information Solutions Incorporated (3CIS). Under the Aliter Technologies 3CIS brand, we combine 3CIS’s experience in communication solutions and infrastructure for sensitive environments with our expertise in security, integration, and development. We see this as a commitment to delivering faster deployment, broader services, and higher reliability to customers on both sides of the Atlantic.
