Speech by the Chairman of the Board of Directors

Dear business partners, friends, and supporters of Aliter Technologies!

With the old year 2021 coming to an end and the new year about to begin, allow me to address you for the first time as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The year that has just ended was much more challenging for all of us than we had expected. I wish to thank you all – on my own behalf, as well as on behalf of the entire company management – for your enduring support and loyalty in this difficult year.

And what will 2022 bring to Aliter Technologies? It should come as no surprise that despite the global slowdown in economic growth, we are still working to implement ambitious plans. Within the Software Development division, we intend to focus on completing the ongoing projects and take advantage of other opportunities in NATO to supply key components of information and communication technologies. Naturally, we also intend to work to further develop the stable and strategically important pillars of the company in cloud technology and cyber security. Special Systems division will be concentrating on new product development and implementation of the existing customer projects.

Let me wish you all a great deal of success in your personal and professional life for the whole year 2022. I will be delighted to see greater things come to fruition if we pull together as a team, compared to us working individually, on our own.
