Our support extends to the level of data centers with 24/7 availability and fast response to incidents. The operation is managed by a service-desk system with customer access for entering tickets automatically, via the web, hotline or email.
Continuous monitoring of security incidents is part of the operation support as well. The Centre of the Monitoring System (SIEM) collects and evaluates events from IT devices (servers, network elements, etc.). We automatically correlate and evaluate events, and if we detect a problem, we generate an alarm that is processed by the service.
Monitoring services are integrated with the Security Operations Center (SOC), where we evaluate performance issues and capture security incidents. SOC subsequently responds to incidents and immediately addresses the problem. It proposes the removal of particular vulnerabilities in the system, leading to the continuous improvement of IT security.
