Aliter Technologies is one of the Best Managed Companies

Deloitte awarded Aliter Technologies in its global Best Managed Companies program, which encourages growth and recognizes quality and success.

The program recognizes leading privately owned and managed companies representing the highest standards of quality and performance. Companies are evaluated on several pillars: thoughtful corporate and product strategy, productivity, openness to innovation, management and financial performance, but not forgetting corporate culture and the ability to attract and retain talent. The award has been presented in more than 45 countries around the world.

We asked Jan Grujbár, CEO of Aliter Technologies, a company that deals with information and communication technologies, unmanned systems, automation and artificial intelligence, cloud solutions and cybersecurity, what contributed to winning this award: “There is no simple and straightforward answer to this question. In my opinion, it’s the sum of many activities that, while highly visible today, have their roots going back years. The last period was mainly about stabilization, organizational changes and the introduction of new processes in order to prepare for further growth in the form of new business, new clients and new markets. The management transformation has brought us a new model that distributes responsibilities and competences among the Supervisory Board, the Board of Directors and the different levels of management. People in the teams were also given more space to realize and grow. We have invested in the North American market in technologies focused on migrations to the cloud, but also in the UK in technologies for predictive analytics and monitoring in virtualized environments. Our specialists have implemented sophisticated cybersecurity and ICT infrastructure solutions across many countries in the EU. Not forgetting the industrial drones developed by us, which are significantly shifting efficiency and helping energy companies combat injuries to large operators that often crash into high-voltage wires. This solution has found applications in many countries in Europe, South America, Australia and New Zealand.”

Every company that receives the Slovakia Best Managed Companies certificate has sent a clear signal that the company is not just intuitively managed, but has a long-term strategy and great potential for the years to come, as all the people involved know what the common goal is and the reason behind it.
